Tutorial - How to get listed in SHOUTcast directory

In this tutorial we will show you how to submit your station to shoutcast.com directory, if you are using a Shoutcast 2.0 server to stream.

1) The first step is to go to http://www.shoutcast.com/ . On the top of the page you will find a "Sign in / Register" link.

2) After you click that link you will be redirected to a page that will ask you to login to sign in using one of your: AOL, Yahoo, Google or Facebook account, as you see in the picture below:

Also you can register an account for free with them.

3) After you Sign in or register an account you should see a page like this:

4) Click on "My Stations" link and add your current station by clicking on the "Add New Station" button. There you can complete a form with some info about your station. Only "Station name" and "Genre" are mandatory, the rest are optional. You will be given an Authentication key.

5) Login to your ServerRoom account click on Account -> Settings and then put your Authentication key in the corresponding tab. Then scroll down and click on "Apply" button.
