How long does it take to develop my application?
Development time will vary depending on the complexity of the application. The free online radio mobile applications are usually developed within 24 hours from placing your order (business days only). After your station's app is finished we will also submit it to the Android Marketplace but also the Apple Store on your behalf. It takes anywhere from 6 to 24 hours to get your application listed in the Android Marketplace. In order to get your application listed in the Apple Store you will need to have a developer account (you can create one here and it will cost you $99 per year). After your application gets accepted you will need to "Invite a person to your team" from your developer account and link us to your account (send the invitation to sales@serverroom.us). We will publish the app under your developer account. It takes between 7 to 10 days to have your app listed in the Apple store after that.
Free radio station mobile applications for Server Room clients
If you have a 24/7 streaming online radio station hosted with Server Room then we will build a mobile application specifically for your radio station. The app will feature your logo, background image of choice. This way your audience everywhere will be able to listen to your station whether they are on the Android devices (version 2.2 and up is required), Apple devices, Blackberry tablets or Windows Phones. The supported platforms for streaming on mobile devices are Wowza, IIS Smooth Streaming and SHOUTcast live audio streams.
